If you are a Contractor or Vendor, you need to set your browser to allow this site to access your location. When you click Login and you see a popup asking to access your location, choose Allow. Otherwise, see instructions below.

Instructions to allow your browser to access your location
Android: Phone settings, Location, enable Location.
  • Chrome: Tap the menu at the top right corner, tap Settings, Site Settings, Location (Enable and ensure the site is not blocked)
  • Firefox: Tap the menu at the top right corner, tap Settings, Site Permissions, Location, Allow
iOS Devices: Tap the Settings application, go to your browser and allow GPS (or go to Privacy, Location Services, set to On)
  • Chrome: Tap the menu at the top right corner, tap Settings, Site Settings, Location (Enable and ensure the site is not blocked)
Windows PC:
  • Chrome: Click the menu at the top right corner, click Settings (Show advanced settings if it is there), Privacy, Site Settings (or Content settings), Location (Enable and ensure the site is not blocked).
  • Edge: Click the menu at the top right corner, click Settings, Cookies & Site Permissions, Locations, turn on and ensure the site is not blocked.
  • Firefox: Tap the menu at the top right corner, tap Settings, Privacy & Security, Permissions - Location - Settings, Allow this site.
Mac:
  • Safari: From the Apple () menu, select "System Preferences". Click the "Security & Privacy" icon, and in the "Privacy" tab select "Location Services" on the left side. Click the lock in the bottom left to make changes (type your password to allow this), check the "Enable Location Services" checkbox and check the "Safari.app" checkbox.
  • Chrome: Click the menu at the top right corner, click Settings, Show Advanced Settings, Privacy - Content Settings, Location (Allow or Manage exceptions).
  • Firefox: Go to Tools, Page Info, Permissions, "Access Your Location" section, deselect "Use Default" and click "Allow".
  • Opera: Go to Opera menu, Preferences. In the "Advanced" tab, select "Network" on the left side. Check "Enable geolocation" and click "OK".
OS X:
  • Go to Apple menu, System Preferences, Security & Privacy icon, Privacy tab. If the padlock icon in the lower left is locked, click it and enter an admin name and password to unlock it. Select Location Services and check the "Enable Location Services" checkbox.
